Oreana Property - Lance Willie

As the Chief Financial Officer of Oreana Group, Lance Willie oversees the group’s corporate finance functions, including accounting, finance, treasury and tax.

Lance has more than 20 years’ experience in public and private sectors including financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and local government, including 16 years in property development.

This extensive experience in property encompasses oversight of the end-to-end development process including construction of residential land subdivisions, housing and apartment development and commercial office and warehouse construction. He is also adept at serviced apartment and serviced office management, and residential and commercial asset management, including owners corporation management.

Lance builds high performing finance teams and processes and has worked on the funding of projects ranging from $3 million to $150 million.
